View photos and videos from your device on Google TV
Share photos with Google TV using the Gallery app on your Android device.
Launch the Gallery app on your Android device. View a photo full screen on your device. There should be a set of buttons below the photo on the screen. If you do not see the buttons, tap on the photo once. Click on the Share button. Select Able Remote from the list. The photo will immediately display on your Google TV device.
Share videos with Google TV using the Gallery app on your Android device. Launch the Gallery app on your Android device. View a video screenshot full screen on your device (do not play the video). There should be a set of buttons below the video on the screen. If you do not see the buttons, tap on the video once. Click on the Share button. Select Able Remote from the list. The video will immediately start playing on your Google TV device.
Watch top trending viral videos
Press the Viral button to display a video. Every time you press the Viral button, a new viral video will be played.
Share web pages with the TV
From within the browser app, use the Menu and Share buttons to share the web site address with the Able Remote app and the web site will instantly appear on Google TV.
Launch popular apps
Launch popular Google TV apps with a single click directly from the remote app without having to navigate the Google TV UI. Press the button at the bottom of the screen on the remote until the list of app icons appear. Press the icon of the app you want to launch on Google TV.
Customize buttons
The Edit feature allows you to change the device buttons and the app buttons. The app buttons can be configured to launch your favorite apps installed on your Google TV. Create your own customized set of buttons.
View SMS and Caller ID notifications on your TV
While the Able Remote app is running on your mobile device, all incoming SMS and Caller ID notifications will be forwarded to and displayed on your Google TV device.
Voice commands
Speak into the phone to change the TV channel, launch an app on Google TV or do a search. Press the Voice button and you will be prompted to speak the voice command. For example, “channel 250″, “search dr who” or “app netflix”.
Single button power on/off all devices
Press one button to simultaneously power on/off the TV, audio receiver, set-top box, DVD player and Google TV device.
Control your TV, set-top box, audio receiver and Blu-ray player
Control many features of your devices such as inputs and menus. Press the app Menu button and then the Devices button. Select the feature from the list.
Macros
Create macros that combine actions such as controlling devices, launching apps and changing channels.
Colors
The user interface color can be changed to any color your like.
Web bookmarks
Create a list of your favorite web sites to surf on Google TV.
